General Information

Located in beautiful Rockport, Texas Kontiki Beach Resort unit #208 is a part time rental property, part time getaway home and full time "dream" belonging to Jim & Christie Jacobus of Sugar Land, Texas. Our hope is that it will become your part time home away from home as well as the fulfillment of your "dream getaway". We have done everything we can think of to make the condo as modern and comfortable as possible. Arrivals and Departures

Check-In and Check-Out times are flexible based on availability. Let us know what you need and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs!

Damages - Guests will be responsible for any damages done to the property itself as well as the contents. We ask that you treat our home as you would your own!

Occupancy and Housekeeping - The 6 person occupancy limit is based on local fire code established maximums for each unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. Pets are not allowed in the unit. In the event of damages or extra cleaning required, additional charges may be applied. Departure maid service is included in your rent. However, please place all trash in outside receptacles and lock all doors and windows. Keys may be left in the unit if prior arrangements are made with management.

Linens and Supplies - All bed linens and bath towels are provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils. An initial supply of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided.
